We stayed in Jazeera for 3 nights and this is my far the best hotel and restaurant in Port Blair. The manager and staff took excellent care of my family. The rooms are modern and comfortable with great views (ask for a sea-view room) and plenty of hot water. The JR restaurant had tasty local food, north/south Indian, and great sea food on the menu. They were also the only restaurant in Andaman that made spring rolls for us! Thanks for treating my wife and kids so well during our stay! See you next time.

Bad Experience ever. Service was bad no staff.Food quality too Bad. Breakfast same manu every day nothing change.only break fast buffet 1item every days. location was good but far from city.staff Behave very rude

The place is horrible and unhygenic with cockroaches and rusted interiors, management is very rude and the place is far away and hard to reach, puts off the holiday mood completely.. we were disgusted with the rooms as well as the service, they gave us dirty unwashed sheets as well as soiled towels. You can imagine our shock at their service. Were surprised that Oyo could have a tie up at such places too.. which is just a sham to loot the tourists

Poor Management, Hard to reach and Lack of facilities

The room had a balcony with a sea view. But, the service provided is unpleasant. The management was not able to manage the bookings we made. They gave our rooms to other people. The hotel is hard to reach from Port Blair. We had to take a govt ferry to reach the hotel. The last ferry to Hope Town/ Panighat leaves at 8:10PM, this prevented us from having dinner from Port Blair. Hence we were forced to have dinner from the hotel. The food provided is not upto standards. The room service provided is not good. We had to ask them to turn on the AC and heater several times. Our didnt have room service telephone.
